Chaps

Ok, so this is a funny story............these chaps are a friend of my Dad's. He runs cattle a few hours away from where I used to live and once in a while I would go up in the fall and help them gather their cows out of the mountains. Well, he wore these chaps and I always told him how cool I thought they were. We were laughing about how if they only were SC chaps then I could have them (those were my maiden initials). We always laughed about if I married someone with the last name starting with M, then it would work out. Well, I did! Of course I tease my husband that is the only reason I married him:) Anyway, I have not seen this friend in a long time, but he gave these to my Dad the other day to give to me. I never said anything to our friend because I did not want him to feel like he really had to give them to me and I even thought he forgot but I guess not. I got them this weekend from my parents house. Can't believe he actually gave them to me!!
